An international cooperation project that mobilizes Quebec and Cuba

The ITHQ received, between May 21 and 25, 2018, the prestigious visit of the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Mr. Luis Miguel Diaz, accompanied by the Director of Formatur, Mrs. Miriam Rendon, to review the pilot project between the two parties.

After 2 years of close collaboration, the project to develop culinary skills in the workforce is mobilizing to the point of becoming one of the pillars of the diplomatic, economic and cultural rapprochement between the Republic of Cuba and Quebec.
